How many other DJs do you work with?

  • We work with 1 other DJ at this time.

Do you have replacement DJs in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

  • Yes, we have a replacement DJ that we would use as a backup. That DJ is included in all discussions from the beginning so the transition is seamless.

Are we able to meet the DJ before booking?

  • Yes, in fact, we insist that all parties meet before the wedding to ensure that we meet their expectations.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested, do you require that they provide it?

  • There are a few instances where we may ask for the song to be provided to us.

What is your usual attire?

  • Our attire is professional, depending on the event. If the event requires us to be in a tux; we will arrive in a tux. We will NEVER arrive in jeans unless of course, that is what is requested.

Do you bring your own equipment?

  • Yes, we bring our own equipment. We have a Pioneer Pro-Audio mixer and controller. We also have RCF / JBL speakers, Asus ROC laptops, and state-of-the-art LED lighting.

Do you offer special equipment for your service?

  • Yes. We offer LED Up-lighting and custom Animated Monograms. We have added a memory kiosk, which is a monitor that will show pictures in a slide show format on a high-definition LCD monitor.

What is your minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

  • Our minimum time frame is 3 hours.

Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs?

  • Yes, if that is what is requested. If not, we will just play the requested songs.

Do you take any breaks?

  • No, we do not as our DJ's work as a team. There is always a DJ present.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

  • We do not take breaks so there is no need for recorded music.

Do you require a meal break?

  • No, we do not require a meal break. We typically eat before the event.

How much time do you usually need to set up?

  • We typically need 2 hours to set up.

What is your overtime rate?

  • Our standard package includes 6 hours of time. If you wish to extend the party, our overtime rate would be $100 per additional hour.

 Do you charge for travel expenses?

  • No, we do not charge for travel expenses or charge a fuel surcharge.

 Do you have insurance?

  • Yes, we are fully insured. We carry full liability insurance to protect us, as well as our clients.

 Are we required to sign a contract?

  • Yes, again for our protection as well as our client’s protection; we do require a signed contract.

 Do you require a deposit?

  • If so, how much is the deposit? We require a $200 deposit due when the contract is signed. The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation policy included in the contract is followed.
